Day 2 went great! Staying within my calorie and carb range and I do not feel like I am starving. I did get hungry yesterday and got some sunflower seeds. That fixed that problem right away. Today I will eat healthier than yesterday because my fiancée got me some carrots, celery, and radishes to take for lunch as a surprise. He is very encouraging in this. He doesn't care if I am thinner just that I am healthy.
We want to find a great workout we can do together at home. Does anyone have any suggestions? When ever I worked out I did yoga or belly dancing. I was thinking that we could do yoga but I don't know how he will feel about that.

I like Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. All you need is a set of hand weights. The workouts are short - 20 mins - and moves quickly with cycles of 3 min strength, 2 min cardio and 1 min abs. Good luck!
